Understeer

As I'm here ... I am often asked "what is understeer" or "what is oversteer" - One explanation I use is "understeer is where you hit the barrier forwards, oversteer is where you hit the barrier backwards" which I think gets the message across quite well. But this short snippet, pinched from a much longer 9min+ video I think does an even better job.
Also shows a little oversteer, a stupid driver who walks across the track in front of oncoming cars and a VERY LUCK marshal. almost taken out by a driver who does not slow down enough for the incident.
