Subaru or Toyota ?

Post by john B »

I for one am really looking forward to seeing the new Toyota GT86 and the Subaru BRZ in direct competition..

They both look stunningly pretty cars and after seeing a prototype at Goodwwod a couple of years back they should be stunning in the flesh.....

Will be great to see how people devlop and style them.....

Anyway just came across this to whet the whistle a little bit more..

It was a joint project from what I read, hence so much shared tech.

Just comparing UK model availability Ian, or at least what the press are talking about so far. Better value for money, lighter and cheaper...........seems odd given the heritage of the AE86 as Toyotas car.

Just my thought on the two companies, Toyota offer 5 years warranty and hold values better generally. I've read very little about the cars only pub talk really. I know where my money would go
