Flipping shame. The guy in the MX was pretty casual, but obviously pressing on quite hard. I wonder if the Elise driver was losing concentration or tyre grip, as the loss of control fell in line with the MX5 closing the gap?
Shows how quick it can all go very wrong.

I just think our fibreglass driving friend realised he was about to be butt fucked by 115bhp's worth of awesomeness and he took the only honourable choice- hari kiri into the tyre wall.

Yes, the Elise did start getting twitchy for some reason. Perhaps he was a little intimidated too by having a MX5 up his arse too lol. The MX5 driver seemed pretty smooth and talented and in the more predictable car. The Elises can let go quite suddenly.
