Perhaps not the ideal forum to post this, the 2CV is the exact opposite of Big Power :)

Am doing the 2CV 24Hr race this weekend at Snett. We did FP and Quali yesterday, just about to leave for the circuit for Drivers Briefing. Race starts at 17:00

Live Timing, Commentary, Video etc. on this site http://www.2cvracing.co.uk/24hr-race-in ... -broadcast

It's a great liitle race to do, cheap as chips and lots of fun, plus a real 24Hr atmosphere.

In FP we ran all 3 engines, our 'hot one', a medium one and a get home mule. Now when I say hot then that's in 2CV terms, it's 41bph!!

But thats 6bhp more than our 35bhp get home mule and when you look at that as a percentage it's damn near 20% power increase.

Anyway, couple of vids

This was the fastest FP lap which oddly was set with the test Mule. Includes a big 4-wheel drift at Riches.

This was in night quali and proved to be our fastest, still more in the car as I never managed a proper lap, had to do one of my 3 mandatory ones in 1st gear (5mins) as the gear linkage broke and my night quali was all behind the safety car.

This was with the 'hot' engine, clearly not as hot as some though, some of those babies must be getting on for 45-50bhp!!
