It would be dangerous driving Matt. :nod: But still, I personally think if he knew how deep it was (e.g. no risk of drowning) then it should be just a slap on the wrist. Certianly not a prosecuting offence. :|

Good lad, been through there with water over the bonnet of a Mondeo years ago dad didnt think it was too deep untill the headlights went under! Its only a couple of miles from me.
