Providing your seals are in good condition, mine were so i didnt replace them.

Just stick to using brake cleaner, its designed for the use on seals and wont harm them at all.

Also if you split the caliper halves you'll need to get new cross bolts too. These are a use once only item.

i've got R34 brembo's for the front and R33 brembos for the rear :)

Cheers Frayz, i would do mine right now but only thing which i s putting me off is pulling all the calipers off the car! I was considering masking up and doing them on the car?

Ian If you are just giving them a light refresh (bet yours are quite clean) just remove from hub and hang them in the arch.
Use a plastic bag over the hub to mask it of and cover adjacent area too.
Thats how i last did mine, a little tip is you can use a heat gun to help activate the paint speed the job up a little.

I am fitting goodridge hoses soon so i am going to redo mine of the car then!
