LOl depends on where the issue lies to be honest, if you're a fairly capable mechanic then stripping and rebuilding a box isn't to hard thoguh there aren't many a garages that still do it. If you want it super cheap then a replacement box is your best choice but be warned the replacement box may not...

Not to teach you to suck eggs but you know these wheels you're listing are very differnet and you can't just slap them in any old turbo and it'll work don't you?? You need to have the seat ground/cut out etc not to mention the machining on the compressor in inner chambers. Speak to garrett they will...
