13.8 is my best time but i have to be honest and say that I dont enjoy 1/4 miles ... all that waiting around for 5 gear changes. You get into 6th?!! :o You must have some REALLY low gearing!! So are the s14 and n14 turbos the same trim? Just different turbine housing?

Fitting the smaller .64 turbine housing will reduce spool time, but only by a couple of hundred rpm. I'm surprised about this. I would have thought going from .86 to .64 would have made more of a reduction in lag than that. For some reason, I'm pretty sure s14 units had roller bearings as standard ...

Well that's made me a little happier, thanks for your comments. :grin: I guess I just felt a little slow in comparison to some of the other cars and would have liked to of got into the 13's.
